At Chinese American Cultural and Educational Foundation, we envision a world where every person has access to the resources they need to live a healthy, happy, and fulfilling life. Chinese American Cultural and Educational Foundation (CACEF) is a not-for-profit foundation that was established to service the Chinese Communities in the USA. CACEF was established in March 2003, the purpose of the Chinese American Cultural and Educational Foundation is to develop and expand the awareness of the Chinese and Asian cultures in American Communities; provide a means of cultural, and educational information exchange between the US and China; assist, build, and progress programs and services that ease cultural difference, raise the standards, and enhance the physical and mental health of people in the Asian American Communities. CACEF is committed to the well-being of all Chinese Americans through the following services:

1. To promote, inform, and encourage the different Asian cultures within the US.
2. To provide a platform/channel for culture and education exchange between the US and China.
3. To sponsor and fund programs/services that improve the development of the US-China relationship and other programs that make a difference in the development of the Asian American      Communities.
4. To offer educational programs that assist the local Chinese community in attaining self-sufficiency that ensure economic opportunities, ease cultural transitions, and enhance the physical and mental health of individuals and families of all ages and backgrounds, including but not limited to Chinese Americans.
5. Help to improve the safety and security of the local community and provide locals with gun safety and self-defense training
6. To promote social welfare for the Chinese people in the United        States.
7. To promote different cultures and cultural art through conducting research, compiling and publishing information concerning art, and literature, including but not limited to Chinese.
8. Provide support & develop the local community through construction and business development, gaining awareness and opportunity for the local business
